Wellness “ExSocio” session which combines movement, sociology, technology and education into one session.
Starting with a 45 minute movement group session, 15 minute cool down, followed by a 30 minute conversation around wellness, health, current events and how you feel over a drink in our bar. The goal is to leave our hub feeling better than when you walked in.
