Workcover Standard Consultation – 30 min

Life is unpredictable! If you have sustained an injury/accident at your workplace that has left you unable to work, reduced capabilities or not able to complete your job at the level prior to the incident then we would like to support you in your plan.

MIND will provide a rehabilitation program with a biopsychosocial approach to assist you with returning to work. Strategies will be developed to help empower you with managing your injury and improving your health and well-being.

There will be no out of pocket cost as we understand the financial pressures associated with such injuries. Obtain a referral from your GP, inform your case manager and get approval from your insurer and we are ready to get started.

What does a consultation appointment include?

• Private and confidential 30-minutes face to face with your consultant
• Designated 15-minutes post appointment time for your clinician to complete notes and your program, liaise with relevant practitioners in your care plan and design your future progression.
