An extraordinarily warm welcome to My Inspiration Never Dies‘ new CEO, Nan Latta.
With accelerated growth across the business in 2024 and projects in Australia and New Zealand lined up for 2025 we are very pleased to announce that highly experienced leader in allied health and sport performance, Nan Latta, will take the role of Chief Executive Officer of My Inspiration Never Dies with immediate effect.
Nan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with a career spanning twenty-five years in leadership and specialist roles as a High-Performance Manager, Sport Scientist, Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach nationally.
As a company director of over two-decades, Nan also has business acumen with CEO-level focus on strategic leadership, organisational development and performance fulfilment with major teams and institutes on a national level plus expertise coordinating projects that collaborate external providers and stakeholders across sport technology, education, program implementation and business development.
Empathy is the core of My Inspiration Never Dies’ philosophy for the best client experience and Nan has been hands on across multiple sectors of the allied health and sport performance industries for many years providing fitness testing, data analysis, reporting and leveraging sport technologies to optimise outcomes plus educating pathway and professional development for personal trainers, sport coaches and allied health professionals to support growth and capability.

From January 2nd, 2025, Nan will lead the next stage of our company’s growth and development with many long-term projects coming to fruition.
Current CEO and Co-founder, Graham Dudley will now focus on business development nationally allowing Nan to strategise operations. Graham commented “It is a privilege to take a sidewards step in the business for such an experienced and motivated person. My focus on business development and marketing will take priority now that we have Nan to take the helm and inspire the tribe to achieve the goals that are well deserved.“
