Join our Balance Breakthrough program, designed to enhance your balance and prevent falls through a comprehensive approach. Targeted at individuals aged 70 years and older, these sessions challenge your cognition, coordination, rhythm, and balance with engaging exercises. We also incorporate cutting-edge technology to gamify exercises and provide personalised feedback. Our goal is to help you build confidence and stability in a supportive group environment.
